The spacious room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and amenities including tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was really good, with a lovely ambiance and the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted. The hotel's owner was cute and shared information about the charming outdoor garden. The location is convenient for walking to Exeter's central attractions.
The internet connection was somewhat slow.

The hotel was unusual with exceptionally nice people from a guest or staff member. The whole room was en suite and had bay window and an iron. The location was very central and near a college and a cathedral. The bay and parks were near the property.
